Pre-consultations for first time clients is not necessary. If reassurance is required we will happily book you in. The consultation for seeing Tho as a new client is $35. Any consultation fees paid are applied to future eyebrows sessions.
If you have had your eyebrows previously micro-bladed or tattooed by another artist, email us a picture email@example.com or book a consultation . We must ensure we have a workable canvas and in some cases the previous work may be too dark or too scarred to achieve optimal results.

Terms and Conditions
All clients must be of good health. Please ensure you do not have any of the following conditions as deposits will not be refunded for contraindicated medical conditions.
Clients who may NOT be able to undergo microblading:
Under 18 years of age
Have extremely oily skin, as the pigment does not retain well (**email us a picture firstname.lastname@example.org**)
Have previous eyebrow tattooing/microblading done (**email us a picture email@example.com**)
Darker skin tones, as the pigment does not retain well (email us a picture firstname.lastname@example.org)
Pregnant women or breastfeeding
People who are taking blood thinners (e.g. aspirin)
Skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated.
Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
Healing disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder.
On any skin medication such as ro-accutaine, antasure, steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin
Undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment at present (or due to undergo such treatment) and any radiotherapy or chemotherapy came to an end not less than 42 days ago from the date of the treatment
Epileptic and experienced a seizure within the last two years
Please note allergies to alcohol/metals/dyes/pigments/local numbing (Lidocaine) require a minimum 72 hour patch test. If you have ever had a reaction to the aforementioned products you must contact us prior to your appointment.
If you have any medical conditions which may impact your healing you must disclose it in the booking questionnaire. You may be contacted by email@example.com and asked to obtain medical clearance and a note from your primary care physician.
A complimentary touch-up treatment is only honoured within 4-8 weeks of initial treatment and is your responsibility to book so your technician can book accordingly to the time needed.
New treatments is two sessions, one being the initial procedure and the second session is the touch-up due to evaluate ink retention and ensuring the eyebrow is full.
On the rare occasion a client may need an additional touch-up, due to the skin rejecting the pigment or improper aftercare and will be charged accordingly.
All Employees have the right to get paid for all work done whether satisfied or not
We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients as those with problem skin and do we not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us.
Touch-up rates are for existing clients only.
Touch up appointments can not be rescheduled sooner than 30 days. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. We withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal.
A $150 non-refundable + non transferable booking fee is required to book, this goes toward the balance due the day of your appointment. It is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment. We accept cash/ credits for the remaining balance.
All services will be charged HST
Rates are subject to change at any time.
If you cancel 36 hours prior, you will be charged 50% of the treatment.
If you cancel 24 hours prior, you will be charged 75% of the treatment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours or no show, you will be charged 100% of the treatment.
Rescheduling is at least 72 hours prior, otherwise there is an admin fee of $60
Late to your appointment:
Appointments which are more than 15 minutes late will automatically be cancelled with the deposit held. To rebook you must pay another $60 rebooking fee
If you fail to show up to your appointment you will need to pay another full deposit to rebook. Please be mindful of your artist’s time & also to other potential clients.
Visitors & Family
Visitors & family are welcomed in the lounge area. They are not permitted in the procedure room since the artist needs to be entirely focus during the whole process.
We would like to remind everyone that pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the salon due to pet allergies , safety reasons and insurance purposes.
Child Safety Policies
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment.
We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
